Kay Pee Industries is an ISO 9002 Certified Company that is dedicatedly engaged in the manufacturing and export of Industrial Fasteners such as Horizontal Tie Bars, Anchor Fasteners, Steel Forgings and High Tensile Fasteners. We have carved a niche as the most principal Anchor Fasteners Manufacturer and Steel Forgings Exporter from India.
Established in the year 1962, Kay Pee Industries has witnessed enormous growth since its inception. Under the able leadership of our CEO, Mr. Vinayak Sood, we have successfully achieved an undisputable position in the market. During the year 1980, we expanded our domain and started with the production of drop forgings, high tensile fasteners and carriage pins. Later in the year 1990, we entered exports and gained a terrific response from our clients for the products offered.

Quality forms an integral part of our company. As we consider quality as priority, we manufacture our products using cutting edge technology. In addition to this, we conduct stringent quality tests under various quality parameters to deliver defect-free products.
Infrastructure And Resources
We have a technically sound infrastructure that forms the backbone of our esteemed organization. We have our production unit at one premise and semi finishing facilities at other three locations. The manufacturing facilities available with us include Forgings, Drop Forgings, Machining, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Hydraulic Threading, Shot Blasting, Heat Treatment and various types of Plating and Galvanizing including HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing). Our large manufacturing unit is equipped with latest production facilities to manufacture flawless products. Besides this, we have a state-of-the-art in-house mechanical testing labs and also has access to government approved testing labs for chemical and mechanical testing. In addition to this, we have team of professionals who integrate their experience and skills to deliver products as per ISO 9002 guidelines.

The Process
All our fasteners are checked with Ring & Plug Gauges, Micrometers, Vernier Callipers & Slip Gauges. These Gauges are periodically checked and calibrated by approved agencies as well.
The Tests
All tests like Hardness, Proof load, Wedge Load, Tensile Strength, Head Soundness, Elongation, Yield Strength are being done as per the sampling plan given in the respective specifications. These tests results are being provided with each and every despatch in the form of Test Certificates to ensure customer satisfaction.
